Product Information

Invitations and announcements are generally printed on flat cards and are available in three sizes:  small, large and tall (see size examples on the right side of this page).  We also offer a folded note card with print on the outside and blank space on the inside.  This particular style is perfect for thank you notes or other social stationery. 

Whether you select the flat card or folded note card style, we offer three card stock choices:  matte, glossy or linen.  As a general rule, matte and glossy card stock are most often used for informal parties/occasions, whereas linen is more suitable for formal events.

Also, please keep in mind that your personal digital photos can always be used when designing your social stationery products.

Ordering Process

Whether you want us to create a unique product tailored to your specific design vision or would prefer to select one of our previously created sample cards, Too Cute Designs is happy to help.  Here’s how it works:

1.  You contact Too Cute Designs regarding your upcoming social stationery need.  When you initially contact us, please provide us with the following general information:

• The type(s) of social stationery you need (e.g., invitation, announcement, etc…)
• The theme of the party or event (if applicable)
• An attached digital photo if you would like to incorporate a personal photo into the design of your product(s)
• The style of card you prefer (see “Product Information” for details on available styles)
• The type of card stock you have selected (see “Product Information” for details on available card stock selections)
• The quantity of cards you will need
• The date on which you will need the completed product(s) in hand

2.  For each social stationery product you would like, we create three electronic samples for you to review via email, along with specific pricing details for your order.

3.  You review the samples, select your favorite, and notify us of any wording or design modifications, as well as any other information that might alter the final product(s) (e.g., a change in the number of cards that you need).

4.  A final proof of the selected card is sent to you via email for your approval.  Upon receipt of your final approval, payment is due.  Please note:  Once we have received your final approval via email, no cancellations will be accepted.

5.  Once payment is successfully processed, your social stationery project is sent to the printer.*

6.  Your finished product(s) is delivered to your home or business.  Delivery typically occurs within 10 days of the date on which your order is sent to the printer.

*Steps one through five are typically completed within one to two weeks.

Pricing Details

Because of the individualized nature of our custom designs, we are unfortunately not able to offer a fixed price list.  In general, prices typically average about $1.40 per card, but the cost could be more or less, depending upon your particular need or request.

Delivery Information

Again, because each custom order is different, shipping costs will also vary. All orders are shipped via Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. RUSH orders are NOT encouraged, but can be done if absolutely necessary. Please keep in mind that a RUSH order will result in an additional $50 or more RUSH shipping/handling charge.

Payment

Once you have approved your final proof, we will send you an electronic invoice via email.  Payment of that invoice will be accepted by credit or debit card via PayPal.  Once payment is successfully processed, your social stationery project will be sent to the printer.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and accordingly, events can sometimes change or be cancelled.  Orders do not become final until you have authorized the final proof; however, once you have provided that final approval, no cancellation will be accepted.
